Executive Director/Chief
Eugene Collins, M.S. has a varied 17 years of experience criminal justice/law enforcement. He brings that professional experience to private investigations/security & executive protection. Prior to being the Chief/Executive Director of Tactical Security/Investigations & Intelligence Inc. (T.S.I.2). Eugene was formerly on the management team with a local Private Investigation/Private Security Agency. He supervised a staff of about 25-30 officers specializing in Executive Protection, Investigations, and Private Security.
Eugene Collins is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. He is also currently a Certified Peace Officer through the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission. His experience transcends through law enforcement, corrections, treatment and private security. In addition, educating and cultivating future leaders in the Criminal Justice sector.
At Tactical Security/Investigations & Intelligence Inc. (T.S.I.2.) Eugene has assembled a strong team of specialists who are experienced in law enforcement, security, military and public relations. Our team is trained in interviewing and interrogation, surveillance equipment, audio/video intelligence, background investigations and case management.
